4. Order Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel an order as long as it has not yet been shipped. To cancel, please contact contact@magalhaes-santos.com with order details.
5. Refund Policy
- If the product has undisclosed defects, customers may request a refund within 7 calendar days of receiving the item.
- Returned items must be in the same condition as delivered, without any tampering or damage.
- Refunds will not be issued for discrepancies regarding condition unless attributable to an error by Magalhaes & Santos.
6. Shipping and Delivery
- Orders are shipped within 3 business days after payment confirmation.
- For deliveries within mainland Spain, prices include shipping and insurance.
- Deliveries to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, and international destinations will incur additional costs, which will be communicated to the customer.
- International deliveries are subject to export permits, taxes, and customs duties, which are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- If the export permit is denied, the sale will be nullified, and Magalhaes & Santos will refund the purchase amount.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Madrid.
